This project transformed a quirky North Toronto property into an inviting and stylish contemporary home. Working with a restricted grey palette and layering organic elements, eclectic furnishings, and unique artwork, Estee Design was able to convert a previously intimidating house with out-of-date finishes into a tasteful and livable dwelling where traditional and modern, monochromatic and eye-popping, happily co-exist. The transformation started with a new floor plan. A custom-designed kitchen and the millwork throughout the house completed the design concept of this modern sanctuary. The exterior facade of the house and the landscape design were a big part of this renovation.
