Yorkville Condo I Residence

A two-level dated Yorkville condo has been completely renovated to the highest of standards for Downtown living. The dramatic transformation started with reconfiguring the entire space by opening the old galley kitchen and creating an open-concept kitchen-dining-living area. The entire unit was brought down to its studs during the three-month renovation and built as a new one. Estee Design was a proud recipient of the Design Award by NKBA in 2016 for powder room design in this project.
