Roe Avenue Residence

A remarkable transformation unfolded within this 2500 sq. ft. Toronto residence, where space evolved seamlessly, maintaining a luxurious sense of tranquillity. The overarching design objective was crafting an elegant, artful, inviting environment that exuded cozy comfort. Extensive renovations, including demolishing some rooms to the studs, resulted in a floor plan closely resembling the original layout. However, the strategic expansion of space through custom millwork, repositioning entryways, kitchen reconfiguration, and family room adjustments tailored the home to perfection for the family. The infusion of architectural interest came via creative textural, patterned, and artistic elements on the ceilings and walls, giving the room a confident, rule-free aura. It’s worth noting that Estee Design was honoured with the NKBA People’s Choice award in 2019 for the kitchen design in this project.
