Tenant Lounge And Outdoor Terrace

The dated and under-utilized tenant lounge was reimagined as a stylish, comfortable retreat for occupants of a historic office building. The transformation focused on creating a warm, inviting atmosphere where tenants could relax, connect, and spend time away from their offices.

The renovation introduced a large new glass opening connecting the interior lounge to a beautifully renewed outdoor terrace, blurring the boundary between inside and out. Custom-designed banquette seating anchors the space, complemented by a kitchenette and a thoughtfully integrated charging station with bespoke detailing.

Working within the character of the heritage building, the design draws inspiration from the client’s brand colours and the site’s history as a former lightbulb factory. A new lighting plan and layered ambiance enhance both functionality and mood, resulting in a space that feels contemporary, purposeful, and deeply connected to its past.
