Front Street Penthouse

I was hired to inject a basic builder’s grade condo with style and comfort for a young family with their first baby on the way. The open-concept den was transformed into a charming nursery. By reconfiguring this tiny area, I could add a full-size closet and an interior door to change the two-bedroom plus den condo into a rare three-bedroom unit, adding substantial value to my client’s property. The old average finishes and fixtures gave way to a new design that reflected my client’s aesthetic. Custom walk-in storage by the front door took care of the long organization list, which was very important to my clients and was overlooked in the original design of the condo. After the renovation, besides adding a ton of functionality and additional privacy, this space acquired a distinctive style and personality.
