Privacy and Image Policy

What we collect

The project inquiry form asks for your name, email address, a few details about your project, and an optional phone number if you would rather we call you back. We use this information to reply to you, to prepare for a first conversation, and to keep a record of our correspondence. Form submissions are delivered to our studio email and stored in the site’s submission log.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share what you send us with anyone outside the studio.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses a Meta (Facebook) pixel, which sets a cookie that helps us understand how visitors find our work. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will work fine without them.

Project photography

We photograph completed projects for our portfolio, for press features, and for our social media. We publish photography only with the homeowner’s permission, and we never publish addresses or personal details about a home’s owners.

Questions or removal requests

If you would like your information or a published image removed, write to info@esteedesign.com and we will take care of it.
