David Dunlap Circle Residence

This project transformed a dated main floor into a calm, highly functional living space focused on quality materials and thoughtful design. The entry was reimagined with custom millwork, integrated storage, a floating bench, and rift-cut oak slats to create a warm and welcoming first impression. The kitchen was fully reconfigured to improve flow and connection to the dining area, featuring a new peninsula, custom banquette seating, integrated appliances, durable stone surfaces, and layered lighting for everyday comfort. Custom millwork conceals appliances and incorporates a coffee station and illuminated display cabinet, resulting in a modern, balanced home that feels refined, inviting, and easy to live in.
The end result a home meant not to dazzle with extravagance, but to resonate with calm beauty and purpose—where thoughtful restraint and bespoke design create a truly luxurious experience of living.
